In the heart of Friuli, at the historic restaurant Il Vetturino in Pieris, Mario Cosolo created in the 1950s the famous “Tìrime su”, a dessert made with sponge cake, zabaglione, cocoa cream, and a bold touch of Marsala. Even today, it is possible to enjoy it in its original recipe.
