Extension: two hectares of orchard and one hectare of vegetable crops. Production:
- Summer fruits and vegetables (peaches, nectarines, apricots, plums, vegetables);
- Artisan processing of fruits and vegetables for the production of jams and fruit nectars, jellies, preserves, sweet-and-sour vegetables, also for gift and Christmas packages. All products are available for tasting and sale at the “Frasca Pozzar” (the agritourism run by brother Giuliano). In particular, the jellies and jams are paired with cheese and cured meat boards, the warm cotechino served with mustard or horseradish is enriched with onion jam, the sweet-and-sour vegetables accompany the cold cuts, and the desserts are filled with jams. Since 1986, the “Frasca” has been active, and since 2006 it has become an agritourism restaurant, initially open only in the winter months from November to April, and since 2011 it has also been active in the summer season outdoors at the “ai talponi” kiosk in San Canzian d’Isonzo. Since 2022, the idea of replicating the Frasca formula from the main house to the city has been realised, and the “Frasca Pozzar” has been opened in the centre of Udine, with another opening planned in the centre of Pordenone. Therefore, in addition to on the farm, products can be purchased and also tasted in all dining points, available until stocks run out as they are strictly seasonal.
